Ham Steak With Parsley Sauce
|Parsley||2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and stems removed|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Smoked ham||1 (Enter Cut 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Hollandaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Salt||To Taste (Sauce)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Line bottom of a shallow baking dish with half the parsley; drizzle with half the wine.
Lay ham steak on parsley.
Cover ham with remaining parsley; drizzle with remaining wine.
Lightly cover baking dish.
Bake at 325Â°F about 30 minutes, or until ham is thoroughly heated.
Make Mock Hollandaise Sauce while ham is baking; keep warm.
Place ham on platter; cover lightly with aluminum foil.
Puree cooked parsley in a blender or food processor; stir mixture into mock hollandaise sauce.
Season sauce with salt and pepper.
Heat sauce thoroughly; serve with ham.
