Acorn Squash Stuffed With Ham And Apple
|Acorn squash||3 Medium, washed, halved, and seedy centers removed|
|Diced tart cooking apples||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Chopped onion||2 Teaspoon|
Bake squash, following step 1 of Corn-Filled Acorn Squash.
Invert squash halves and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash cavities.
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes, or until apples are tender
