Spicy Ham Steak
|Center slice ham||1 , 1 inch thick|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 1⁄2 Clove (7.5 gm), minced|
Slash edges of ham.
Combine remaining ingredients; marinate ham slice in mixture 3 hours, turning several times.
Grill on charcoal grill or in oven 20 minutes, basting occasionally with mixture.
Remaining mixture may be kept in covered jar in refrigerator for another use.
