Sweet And'Pungent Ham
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 , diced|
|Canned pineapple cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
Place green pepper, vinegar, sugar, 3/4 cup water, and molasses into medium skillet.
Stir until this boils.
Add tomato pieces.
Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup water; stir into sauce.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Add seasonings, pineapple cubes, and ham.
Heat through, stirring very gently.
