Ham And Cheese Divine
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped fine|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cheddar cheese||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Sherry/Beer / milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttered toast||1 (Fresh Ones)|
In a medium skillet lightly saute ham in butter.
Add onion and pepper; cook until onion is transparent.
Add mustard, soup, and liquid; stir.
You will have to stay with this dish.
When mixture is smooth and hot, add grated cheese.
Spoon blended mixture over buttered toast
