Luncheon Ham

Ingredients
  Ground ham 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finley chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Uncooked quick cooking oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), canned
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix well all ingredients except brown sugar and vinegar.
Pat into 9 x 12 inch greased pan about 1 inch thick.
Mix brown sugar and vinegar well.
Pour over ham mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
