Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides, allow to heat at medium high (325Â°) for 1 minute.
Add celery, onion, and green pepper, stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add ham, garlic powder, and pepper to vegetables, stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Add rice, and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in bacon and soy sauce.
