|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slices||8 Ounce (Undrained)|
|Green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
Place ham in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Arrange pineapple slices over sugar, sprinkle with reserved pineapple juice.
Bake at 300Â° for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 130Â° to 140Â°.
Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with grapes and watercress.
