Ham Divan For Two
|Butter||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg yolk||1 , lightly beaten|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Ounce, grated (0.25 Cup)|
|Frozen broccoli spears||10 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Ham||1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Place butter in 2-cup glass measure and cook on 50, 30 seconds.
Add flour and stir to blend.
Gradually blend in milk.
Cook on HI, 1 to 1 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, egg yolk, and Parme-san cheese.
Arrange broccoli in 2 buttered individual microproof baking dishes.
Place ham over broccoli.
Top with sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and rosemary.
Cook on 60, 4 minutes.
Rotate dishes and cook on 60, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until hot.
Serve directly from baking dishes or over hot toast points.
