Mix together the lamb, basil, salt and pepper.
Make into four patties.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each patty, holding it with a wooden pick.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave the potatoes 6 minutes at HIGH.
Re-move from oven and place on absorbent paper.
Remove pulp from tomatoes and sprinkle inside with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Divide the corn equally among the tomatoes.
Preheat a browning dish (Corning) 7 minutes at HIGH.
Without removing it from the oven, place the meat patties in the dish, paprika side down.
Press each patty down with the finger tips for perfect contact be-tween meat and dish.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Turn the patties, place the cooked potatoes and stuffed tomatoes all around.
Cover the dish with waxed paper, microwave 4 to 5 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
