  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turkey broth/Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked cut up turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked cut up ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ripe olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and blend. Add broth and milk, stirring while cooking until thickened. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika. Simmer a few minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with cheese and paprika. Variation: Pour sauce over layers of remaining ingredients; top with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover and bake in 325- or 350-degree oven until hot, about 20 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
