Ham with Cranberries
|Cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raw smoked center cut ham slices||2|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash and chop cranberries.
Place 1 slice ham in baking dish, and cover with 1/2 the berries and 1/2 the sugar.
Place other ham slice on top, and cover with remaining berries and sugar.
Stud fatty edges of ham with whole cloves, and bake 1 hour at 300Ã‚Â°Ã¢â‚¬â€350Ã‚Â°F., basting occasionally with liquid in pan.
