Chutney Ham & Cheese Grill

Ingredients
  Sourdough bread slices/Vienna bread 8 (1/2 Inch)
  Chutney/Apricot preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced fat cooked ham slices/Honey ham 8 , reduced (Alpine LaceĀ® Deli)
  Reduced fat swiss cheese slices 4 , reduced (Alpine LaceĀ® Deli)
  Non stick cooking spray 1 (Butter Flavored)
Directions

Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.

To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheese and 1 slice bread, chutney-side down. Lightly spray cooking spray on both sides of sandwiches. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Place sandwiches into 12-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes). Turn; continue cooking until golden brown (1 to 2 minutes).
