Chutney Ham & Cheese Grill
|Sourdough bread slices/Vienna bread||8 (1/2 Inch)|
|Chutney/Apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Reduced fat cooked ham slices/Honey ham||8 , reduced (Alpine Lace® Deli)|
|Reduced fat swiss cheese slices||4 , reduced (Alpine Lace® Deli)|
|Non stick cooking spray||1 (Butter Flavored)|
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.
To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheese and 1 slice bread, chutney-side down. Lightly spray cooking spray on both sides of sandwiches. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place sandwiches into 12-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes). Turn; continue cooking until golden brown (1 to 2 minutes).
