Best Deviled Ham

You are bound to end up with lots of leftover ham after your Christmas dinner. Here's a way to make deviled Ham that's a million times better than what's in those little cans they sell in the stores.
Ingredients
  Smoked ham 500 Gram, dice
  Shallots 1 Medium, chop
  Mustard paste 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Pulse the shallot and ham in a food processor to coarsely chop both the ingredients.
2. Once done empty into a mixing bowl then add mustard, mayonnaise. Cream well.

SERVING
3. Serve it as a sandwich spread or as a dip with crackers or use as a stuffing for deviled eggs.

NOTES
You can add horseradish, pickle or celery to the ham mixture.
