Baked Orange-glazed Ham

Ingredients
  Boneless ham 8 Pound (ready to eat)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 12 Ounce (2 cans, 6 ounce each)
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place ham, fat side up, in roasting pan.
Mix mustard with 1 tablespoon orange rind, and rub over ham.
Spoon 1 can orange juice concentrate over top of ham.
Bake in slow oven, 300 °F. 25 minutes per pound.
If dripping should brown, add small amount water.
During last 1/2 hour of baking, baste with remaining can of orange juice and pan drippings.
Sprinkle with remaining orange rind, and, just before removing from oven, sprinkle on icing sugar.
Turn oven heat to 475° F., and glaze top of ham about 20 minutes.
Serves 8—10 with some left over.
