Hot Ham Bouchees
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread rounds||30 Small|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in large frying pan; saute tomato for 5 minutes.
Add onion, ham and eggs; cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened.
Heap ham mix- ture on bread rounds; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil until lightly browned.
