Ham Baked In Wine
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||6 Tablespoon|
|Ground cloves||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except bay leaf, ham and wine; mix to a smooth paste.
Place bay leaf in bot- tom of pan; place ham on top bay leaf.
Spread paste over ham.
Pour wine around ham.
Bake at 300 de- grees for 15 minutes per pound of ham; baste fre- quently with pan juices.
