1 Pound, sliced or chopped
4 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
1 , sliced
Grated mozzarella cheese
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cream of tomato soup
1 Liter (You Can Use Any Creamed Soups You Want)
1 , deseeded and chopped
1) Layer ½ of leeks on the bottom of the slow cooker pot.
2) Then layer ½ of potatoes on top, then ½ of ham on top of potatoes, then 1 cup of cheese, then ½ amount of herbs and spices and ½ of jalapeno.
3) Repeat all the layering with the rest of ingredients in the same order.
4) Pop the lid on and plug on high setting for 5-7 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender.
