Ham And Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Ham 1 Pound, sliced or chopped
  Russet potatoes 4 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Leek 1 , sliced
  Grated mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Dry ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Cream of tomato soup 1 Liter (You Can Use Any Creamed Soups You Want)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , deseeded and chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Layer ½ of leeks on the bottom of the slow cooker pot.

MAKING
2) Then layer ½ of potatoes on top, then ½ of ham on top of potatoes, then 1 cup of cheese, then ½ amount of herbs and spices and ½ of jalapeno.
3) Repeat all the layering with the rest of ingredients in the same order.
4) Pop the lid on and plug on high setting for 5-7 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender.

SERVING
5) Serve hot and enjoy!
