Ham Con Queso

Ingredients
  Pasteurized processed cheese 1 Pound (1 pack)
  Canned diced tomatoes and green chilies 10 Ounce (1 can)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked ham/Chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh parsley/Cilantro - 1 tablespoons 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Assortment)
  Jalapeno peppers 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the cheese into cubes
2) Place them into a cup or bowl
3) Add in the tomatoes, green chilies, onion and salt
4) Cover with wax paper
5) Microwave the dish for about 5 minutes, taking care t stir every 2 minutes till the cheese has melted
6) Add in the ham
7) Empty the ingredients into a small cooker or into a chafing dish

SERVING
8) Garnish with parsley and serve hot with chips and jalapenos
