Skillet Ham and Vegetables

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Green onions 4 Small, chopped
  Carrots 2 Medium, scraped and thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into strips
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Commercial italian salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a n electric skillet, add all the ingredients except rice.
2 Cook, covered at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
3 Excellent served over rice
