Sunshine Glazed Ham

Ingredients
  Uncooked ham 12 Pound
  Whole cloves 4
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Peaches 3 , halved
  Fresh parsley sprigs 5
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, remove the skin from the ham and score the fat across to stud with cloves

MAKING
2) Into a shallow roasting pan, place the ham fat side up
3) Insert a meat thermometer into the meat taking care not to touch the bone or the fat
4) Into a bowl mix together the frozen orange juice, molasses, prepared mustard, rind and baste onto the ham
5) Bake for 4 hours at 325 F till the meat thermometer indicates 160 F
6) Baste the marinade every half hour

SERVING
7) Place the ham onto a serving platter garnish with halved peaches and parsley
