Holiday Ham Ring

Ingredients
  Smoked ham 3 Pound
  Pork 1 Pound, ground
  Eggs 2
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a large bowl mix together the ham, ground pork, graham cracker crumbs, milk, all spice and sauce
2) To make the sauce combine together the soup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard
3) Into a ring tin or loaf tin, shape the mixture into the baking pan
4) Keep the pan into the freezer
5) Once frozen, remove from the pan, cling wrap and refreeze with appropriate labeling
6) Thaw the meat before serving
7) Bake in the oven at 350 F for 45 minutes
8) Remove from the oven and pour the remaining sauce and bake for an additional 45 minutes

SERVING
9) Serve the ring warm into slices
