Shrimp and Ham in Patty Shells
|Ham strips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced (2 Cups)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, minced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Patty shells||4 (For Serving)|
1) Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Add ham and cook until it turns brown.
2) Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook for some more time.
3) Stir in cream and soup.
4) Add parsley and shrimp. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5) Serve the prepared shrimp and ham mixture in patty shells.
