|Chopped olives||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Pastry: Heat oven to hot (425F.).
Sift flour with salt.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and water.
Mix well together.
Turn onto a lightly floured board and roll thin.
Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
Put a generous half teaspoon of filling on each square, moisten edges with a little water.
Then fold over into triangles and pinch the edges to seal.
Bake about 12 to 15 minutes or until pastry is nicely browned.
Filling: Combine ham, olives and mayonnaise and mix well.
