Collard Greens With Ham

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Baked ham 2 Ounce, chopped to make 1/2 cup (Or Use Boiled)
  Frozen chopped collard greens 20 Ounce, thawed, drained well (Two 10 Ounce Boxes)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 4 minutes. Add ham and cook until beginning to crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add greens and cook, stirring, until tender, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, stir in vinegar.
