Collard Greens With Ham
|Frozen chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baked ham||2 Ounce, chopped to make 1/2 cup (Or Use Boiled)|
|Frozen chopped collard greens||20 Ounce, thawed, drained well (Two 10 Ounce Boxes)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 4 minutes. Add ham and cook until beginning to crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add greens and cook, stirring, until tender, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, stir in vinegar.
