Milk Baked Ham Steak

Ingredients
  Ham slice 2 1⁄2 Pound, uncooked
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Spread ham on both sides with mustard and brown sugar.
Put in a buttered baking dish.
Over this sprinkle flour.
Pour in sour cream, seasoned to taste with salt and white pepper.
Cover.
Bake in 350 ° oven 40 minutes, turning ham once after 20 minutes.
Remove ham.
Stir sauce.
Replace ham and serve.
Serve with peas, carrots and dill dough buns
