Ingredients
  Ham slice 1 (1 Inch)
  Pineapple slice 6
  Marshmallows 6
  Pineapple juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Brown sugar 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Cover 1 inch ham slice with cold water.
Bring to boiling point; drain off water.
If ham is very salty, repeat the process.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cook on both sides until brown.
Add pineapple juice, cover & cook slowly for 20 minutes.
When tender, take pineapple slices (which have been sauted in hot fat) and lay them on ham, sprinkle with sugar, put a marshmallow in each.
Broil long enough to brown marshmallows.
