Steamed Vegetables With Smithfield Ham

Ingredients
  Assorted vegetables pieces 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into bite-sized pieces
  Smithfield ham/Prosciutto 2 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon (Chinese/Japanese)
Directions

MAKING
1. Steam the vegetables till just tender
2. Slice the ham into 1/16" thick slices, stack the slices together and cut into thinnner strips
3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil

SERVING
4. Add steamed vegetables into serving platter, scatter ham over it, drizzle soy sauce mixture and serve at once
