Au Gratin Potatoes And Ham

Ingredients
  Potatoes 10 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Velveeta cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fully cooked ham/Sliced hot dogs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slightly greased slow cooker, mix potatoes, ham, and onion, flour, pepper, cheese and milk.
2) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot over buns, pasta, rice, or potatoes.
