Pineapple Ham Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lean cooked smoked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed of fat and cut in 1-in. strips
  Onions 2 Large, sliced
  Green peppers 2 Large, sliced
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs), juice packed
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large nonstick skillet, melt the margarine, add onions, ham, green peppers and saute over medium flame till the ham browns a little
2. Drain the pineapple and set aside the juice; add enough water in this juice to bring it up to three quarters of a cup
3. In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt, pepper, soy sauce and the pineapple liquid and add it to the ham and vegetables
4. Cook over a low flame, stir continuously till the sauce thickens and add pineapple chunks to it

SERVING
5. Serve as per your tastes
