Barbara's Scalloped Potatoes With Ham
|Potatoes||4 Pound, sliced|
|Cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch strips|
|Minced dried onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||22 Ounce (2 Cans, 11 Ounces Each)|
1) In a large slow cooker, add in potatoes, ham, and onions in layers.
2) In a bowl, mix soup and water and pour it on top.
3) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
4) Serve hot over buns, pasta, rice, or potatoes.
