Ingredients
  Bacon strip 8
  Pineapple slice 4 (drained)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread slice 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In the skillet, tip in the bacon and sauté till crisp. Drain the fat and crumble the bacon
2. Sauté pineapple slices in the bacon grease until browned and remove from heat
3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, milk, salt and pepper.
4. Dip bread slices into egg mixture and brown on both sides in bacon grease.
5. Arrange pineapple on bread; top with bacon slices.

SERVING
6. Serve hot
