Ham Asparagus Dinner
|Frozen cut asparagus||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded american cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Diced cooked ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Buttery cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Round)|
1)Pierce asparagus packages with a fork.
2) Take a flat baking dish, arrange the asparagus, and microwave at high for 7-9 minutes or until done.
3) Drain asparagus and keep aside.
4)In a 4-cup glass measure, combine soup, herbs, and onion.
5)Microwave at high for 3-4 minutes, stirring once.
6)Sprinkle cheese and stir until the cheese melts completely.
7)Take a 2-quart casserole and arrange half of ham, half of asparagus, and half of cheese sauce in layers.
8)Repeat layers and cover with waxed paper.
9) Microwave at medium for 8-10 minutes or until evenly heated.
10)Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and serve.
