Endive and Ham Parcels

Ingredients
  Endive 8 (French Or Belgian)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 4 Ounce
  Cooked ham slice 8
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 5 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

Wash the endive heads and remove any damaged outer leaves.
Brush four pieces of foil with oil.
Dice the bacon and distribute evenly over the slices of ham.
Put one head of endive on each slice of ham, sprinkle with Special Occasion Dishes salt and pepper and roll up.
Put two endive and ham rolls on each piece of foil and turn up the edges of the foil.
Dot with butter and spoon over the cream.
Close the foil firmly, place the parcels on a baking sheet and cook in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and arrange the endive rolls on a serving dish.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
