|Clear honey||5 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake in a warm oven (325° F) for 1 1/2 hours (30 minutes to the pound) or until a meat thermometer registers 160° F.
with a sharp knife, make incisions in the rind in a diagonal pattern.
Insert a whole clove in each cross.
Spoon the honey over the ham and sprinkle over the brown sugar.
Return the ham to a hot oven (425° F) and bake for a further 20 minutes, or until glazed.
Serve hot or cold.
