Ham and Potato Scallop
|Thinly sliced peeled potatoes||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Cooked smoked ham slice||1 (Ready To Eat Type)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cut ham in serving pieces and bury in potatoes.
Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, and seasonings; pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Cover; bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour.
Remove cover; bake 45 minutes longer or till potatoes are done.
Before serving, fork ham to top.
Trim with wreath of minced parsley.
