1.Preheat the wok.
2.Put oil in a preheated wok, so thet even the sides of the vessel are oiled.
3.Heat the oil at medium high heat for 2 minutes at 325 degrees.
4.Put onion, garlic and squash in the wok and fry until brown.
5.Put tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and salt and cook for 8- 10 minutes on low flame.
6.Keep stirring while cooking.
