Chutney Ham Dinner
|Finely shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon (With Top)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked smoked ham||3 Ounce (1/4 Inch Thick Slices)|
Mix cabbage, onion[s], mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
Place on 7 1/2" plate [two 7 1/2" plates].
Place ham piece[s] next to cabbage.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts) until ham is hot and cabbage is crisp-tender, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min [3 to 4 min].
Spread chutney over ham; place muffin[s] on plate[s].
Microwave uncovered until muffin is warm, 30 to 60 sec [1 to 1 1/2 min].
