Pea and Ham
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Frozen petits pois||8 Ounce, thawed (225 Gram)|
|Vegetable stock||6 Tablespoon|
|Lean cooked ham||6 Ounce, cubed (175 Gram)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Ounce (40 Gram)|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Add onions and stir fry until onions begin to turn golden.
2) Stir in peas and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes and gradually pour stock in the pan.
3) Now put ham, pepper (to taste), and cheese and mix gently.
4) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss. Garnish with remaining cheese and serve immediately.
