Ham And Vegetable Gratin
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
1) Take a casserole and heat butter and roughly sliced cabbage in it for 2 minutes.
2) Add flour, nutmeg, clove and salt to this and mix well.
3) Continue by adding milk and diced ham and mix well.
4) Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5) Top with chopped onion and serve.
