Honey Glazed Ham
|Baked ham||15 Pound, or boiled (1 Piece, 7 Kilogram)|
|Honey||125 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Orange||1 (Use Grated Rind And Juice)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 425 °F (210°C).
Score the ham fat diagonally at 1-inch (2-cm) intervals, first in one, then in the other, to make a diamond pattern.
Mix the honey with the orange rind, mustard and enough orange juice to make a spreadable mixture.
Spread the ham with the glaze.
Stud the corners of each diamond with the cloves.
Put the ham in a roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Cool completely before serving.
