Asparagus And Ham Saucy Crepes

Ingredients
For crepes
  Thin boiled ham slices 12 (3 X 4 Inch)
  Gruyere cheese pieces 12 (1/2 X 1/2 X 5 Inch)
  Asparagus stalks 12
  Non dessert crepes 12
For onion sauce
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Chopped fresh chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

To make the crepes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer ham, cheese and asparagus on crepes; roll to enclose filling.
Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes.
To make the onion sauce: Saute onions in butter in skillet for 5 minutes.
Stir in cream, cayenne pepper and salt.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
To assemble the crepes: Spoon onion sauce over crepes; sprinkle with parsley and chives.
