Confetti Pineapple Baked Ham Steak
|Ready to serve ham steak||1 Pound|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Diced bell peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Red Or Green)|
|Honey mustard||3 Tablespoon (French'S Sweet &Tangy)|
|Lightly packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄16 Teaspoon|
|Hot cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Score edge of ham steak. Place in 2-quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon pineapple mixture on top of ham steak.
2. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
