Greens with Ham and Pears
|Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Sherry vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Apple pie spice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bibb lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Endive||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Watercress||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Turkey ham slices||6 Ounce, cut into thin strips|
|Pears||3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Finely chopped walnuts||3 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Swiss cheese toast||2|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Arrange lettuce, endive, and watercress evenly on 4 plates.
Arrange turkey ham and pear slices over greens.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each, and sprinkle with walnuts.
