Greens With Ham And Pears

Ingredients
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Apple pie spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Bibb lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Endive 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turkey ham slices 6 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Pears 3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Finely chopped walnuts 3 Tablespoon, toasted
  Swiss cheese toast 2
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Arrange lettuce, endive, and watercress evenly on 4 plates.
Arrange turkey ham and pear slices over greens.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each, and sprinkle with walnuts.
