Baked Glazed Ham
|Whole ham||14 Pound, fully cooked|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Pound, undrained (1 can)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole cloves||1 Teaspoon|
Place ham, fat side up, in baking dish.
Place in moderately slow oven for 2 hours.
Remove from oven and score fat to depth of 1/4-inch in diamond pattern.
Insert a whole clove in centre of each diamond.
Mix crushed pineapple, brown sugar, mustard and pineapple juice.
Pour over ham in dish.
Bake at 325° F for further 1 hour or until meat thermometer reading is 130°.
Spoon glaze in pan over ham occasionally during cooking.
