Gingered Ham And Deviled Potatoes

Ingredients
  Fully cooked center cut ham slice 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 inch thick)
  Instant mashed potatoes 1 (enough for 4 servings)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Slash fat edge of ham slice.
Panfry in electric skillet at 300° about 10 minutes.
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Stir in sour cream, mustard, salt, sugar, and green onion.
Spoon into 5 foil baking shells.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place in skillet.
Turn ham and fry 10 minutes more.
Combine marmalade, ginger, and cloves.
Spoon over ham.
Continue heating till ham is glazed and potatoes are heated through, 2 or 3 minutes more.
