Asparagus Ham Birds

Ingredients
  Asparagus spears 12 , cooked, drained (Fresh / Frozen)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
  Boiled ham slice/Leftover 4
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place butter in 1-quart measure.
MICROWAVE on HIGH until butter melts.
Stir in flour, salt and mustard to make a smooth paste.
Gradually stir in milk.
MICROWAVE 2 1/2 MINUTES to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until thickened, stirring once with a wire whip.
Stir a little of the hot mixture into egg yolks.
Blend warmed yolks into hot sauce.
Wrap each slice of ham around three asparagus spears, secure with wooden pick.
Arrange roll-ups in shallow dish.
Pour white sauce over them.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on '5', or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
MICROWAVE 20 SECONDS on '5', or until cheese melts.
Serve on buttered toast triangle, if desired.
