Ham and Tomato Broil
|Ham slices||1 Pound, cut 0.25 to 0.5 inch thick|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, sliced|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard/1 teaspoon prepared mustard||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place ham on broiler rack in broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Turn; sprinkle with onion and top with tomato slices.
Sprinkle mustard over tomatoes.
Broil 5 to 7 more minutes until tomatoes and ham are bubbly.
Cut into serving pieces.
