|Canned deviled ham||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato slices||12 Small|
|Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Spread some of the ham on each slice of toast.
Meanwhile brush the tomatoes with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and broil until delicately browned.
Place 2 slices of tomato on each piece of toast and top with a poached egg.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
