Ingredients
  Canned deviled ham 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Toast slices 6
  Tomato slices 12 Small
  Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Poached eggs 6
Directions

Spread some of the ham on each slice of toast.
Meanwhile brush the tomatoes with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and broil until delicately browned.
Place 2 slices of tomato on each piece of toast and top with a poached egg.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
