Ham And Broccoli Bake
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (Packaged)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fully cooked ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Minute rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 2 1/2-quart casserole micro-cook the frozen broccoli, onion, and water, covered, till vegetables are tender, about 11 minutes.
Stir twice to break up broccoli.
Blend in soup, cheese, and milk.
Stir in ham, uncooked rice, and Worcestershire.
Micro-cook, covered, 10 to 11 minutes, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
